Due to game cancellations in January, the girls basketball rec season is being pushed back one week. As of now, the anticipated schedule will have the 1st/2nd grade division playing their final gmaes between March 3-6. First round tournament games for 3rd, 4th, and 5th/6th divisions will take place between March 3-6 with the semi-finals and championship games on March 8. The semi-finals and finals for the 7th/8th grade division wil be on March 8.
Based on the feedback that the Boys Basketball Board received from our coaches and the parents in our league, the board voted unanimously to extend the rec regular season by one week in lieu of playing make up games on Friday nights. This decision applies to all leagues and grades. For the 2nd – 6th grade leagues, the rec regular season will now end on Saturday March 8. Playoffs will now begin on Saturday March 15, with semi finals and championship games being played on Saturday March 22.
